LOAD Day 25--Self Defense
Scrapping on the road today as I sit in the hotel room waiting for my son's soccer tournament to start. The rain keeps coming down and doesn't look like it will let up. So I am glad that I have some scrappy diversions.
Would have loved to have scrapped my younger son's karate demonstration photos but didn't bring them with me. So had to improvise. I made up this layout with photos from the Lights, Cameras, Action Stunt Show at Disney's Hollywood Studios. I used the journaling block to set the scene and fit the prompt...sort of quirky...but I like it and not sure what else I would have posted about these photos, so it saved me the trouble.
When I get home, I may try to embellish some more. Had to go with the limited supplies that I brought with me. Luckily the Cosmo Cricket paper pack I brought contained the saying at the bottom "That's my story and I'm sticking to it," which went perfectly with the theme.
