Hike Map - Russian Ridge
NOAA predicted Russian Ridge was going to be in the low to mid 60s during our hike here Wednesday. Maybe topping 69 by the time we were done. But, just to keep us off balance, it was almost 70 by the time we all arrived in the parking lot. Also it was predicted to be partly sunny where we were. So of course it was mostly sunny.
Not to be thwarted by the fickle predictions of computer weather modeling we bravely struck out into the wilds of Russian Ridge. By the time we returned to the parking lot we had got in about 6.7 miles with an elevation gain of around 1000 feet.
