We looped out on Upper Wildcat Canyon Trail and Upper High Meadow before coming to the Vista Point junction. It was a surprise to see trucks & equipment up here. At the same time, it was good to know the district is doing a good job maintaining the trails here at Rancho, the most heavily used open space in the district.
