The Warwan Valley is a riverine Himalayan sub-valley and a tehsil in Kishtwar District in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir in India. The Valley lies 68 kilometres northeast of Kishtwar and 150 kilometres from Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir.
The valley remains cut off for about six or seven months every year due to heavy snowfall and is only accessible for the remaining months through the Margan Pass (3700 m). The Marau river which originates from the nearby Nun Kun glacier in Zanskar flows through the picturesque valley and is famous for trouts.
