Find the butterfly - 2014 - Checkered Skipper
Lantana has been wiped out by the cold. Verbena is the latest attraction for the few butterflies that remain. Thank you, Flickr friends, for help with identification. November - 2014 - in our backyard - Morgan County, Alabama. The Checkered Skipper butterfly did not tarry; this is my best shot. Much too much "clutter" for my liking but I wanted identification and presence of the "new" butterfly in my collection.
