In what is very much an area that is popular with students Bold Street has been the subject of so-called time slip experiences where people claim to have briefly entered another dimension. I would imagine that the plethora of nearby pubs selling well-priced booze and perhaps residual contents from very cosmopolitan parties may also have helped in one or two of these reported cases!! Perhaps the seagull knows....it sounded like it was squawking "It's Been a Hard Day's Night" when it passed overhead...maybe it had just materialised from 1964 after flying through one such warp....
