Her name is Naia Kete; and her reggae fusion band played at The Block Party... that's her brother, who is the drummer in her band; and, they are the kids of the founders of the reggae band, The Black Rebels. ... they were amazing ! They even did a tribute to Michael Jackson... when they did Billie Jean, the crowd really went wild ! They did it soooo great !!!! she can't be more than 15 too !!!
