Tall transition forest in a canyon, Springbrook National Park

Forest whose composition is on the borderline between sclerophyll and rainforest, in the canyon below Rainbow Falls, in Springbrook National Park.

The palms are banglows (Archontophoenix cunninghamiana). The prominent tall trees are Lophostemon confertus (Myrtaceae) - brush box.

Telephoto shot looking down from one of the lookouts along the rim of the escarpment near Canyon Lookout.
