Cairn and clouds at Seven Mile Ck

While the uninjured people in our group headed towards Kelly Saddle, Harry, Kirsten and I took the short and easy route to the main road. Ten minutes after leaving the hut, we had to get wet feet again, crossing Seven Mile Creek. I think the reason my feet suffered so much was due to having wet feet in boots for three continuous days. Wearing boots is a relatively new thing for me - I've mostly worn Volleys which dry out easily and I find not so harsh on my feet. And I've never had any problems with twisted ankles.
