Use for a Smiler#2
The Master!
Not perfect by any means, but after cleaning up the Smilers face for the Davros figure I realised how hooked it's nose was and that it might just pass for The Master if some hair and a goatee was added (The plain outfit helped too... though it's dark blue instead of black).
OK, it's not great but it's better then The Smiler.
Unlike the Doctors Tardis, The Masters version has a cameleon circuit that actually works which means it can look like just about anything ("has that bookcase always been there dear?"). In this case, it's a sarcophagus.
