The models seem reasonably good quality based on the source (though that isn't saying much).
Of most interest is the Vastra model (complete with katana!). She's a character that has been shamefully lacking in almost all merchandise- this might be the only opportunity to get a figure of her!
These are approx 1/32 so about in scale with the old Corgi Daleks.
