Journal-review: “Mmmmm, niiiiiiiiice planet. And horsies. But… it did little to wash off the environmental movement’s counterproductive hippie label. Granted, the hippie crap had a scientific background in the movie, but are scientifically illiterate anti-greens going to understand that? Perhaps they will now confuse science and hippie crap somehow… IRL… I dunno… Sigh. Anyway, other than that, nice. Well, and then there was the probability of the smurf people having invented kissing, etc etc. But with the pan-sperm-theory-stuff and a bit of convergent evolution, then…” And then I went home to a) read that the climate summit in Copenhagen had failed at life and b) listen to “This is war” by Thirty Seconds to Mars again.

PS. Made me think of the “… Our travellers walk entranced…” passage in “Unweaving the rainbow” by Richard Dawkins. :) As usual. WHO NEEDS OTHER PLANETS?!?!
