Julssand oder Juelssand war eine Insel in der Unterelbe an der Hetlinger Schanze und gehörte ab 1928 zu Hetlingen. An der Westspitze befindet sich der im Jahr 1896 gebaute Leuchtturm von Julssand, der von Seglern auch Kleiner Kohn( 12,90 m )genannt wird. Bis 2010 war er das älteste in Betrieb befindliche Leuchtfeuer an der Unterelbe, dann wurde sein Feuer endgültig gelöscht Das Bauwerk markiert aber weiterhin die Einfahrt zum Dwarsloch und damit zum Haseldorfer Hafen. Es steht unter Denkmalschutz.
Julssand or Juelssand was an island in the Lower Elbe at the Hetlinger Schanze and from 1928 belonged to Hetlingen. At the western tip is the Julssand lighthouse, built in 1896, which sailors also call Kleiner Kohn (12.90 m). Until 2010 it was the oldest operating beacon on the Lower Elbe, then its fire was finally extinguished. However, the structure continues to mark the entrance to the habour of Haseldorf. It is a listed building.
