Night Market - Dumplings

Not counting the bubble tea (which I count as a drink rather than a food), my first foods that I tried in Taiwan were these dumplings. They tasted excellent, even better than those I've had at Chinese restaurants at home! They were very inexpensive too (45 NT, which approximates to $1.50 in US dollars)
