ATTRACTIVE robin sized species, the males like above have particularly striking plumage, its the white on the forehead that makes it differcult for me, hence have posted a image with head turned away a bit. A bird of open woodland, a migrant visitor most numerous in Wales seen from April to late September. If you want to see this bird they are far easier to find in the Spring when its breeding. Taken in very poor light !
