DISTINCTIVE and well-marked lark, but as it feeds unobtrusively it can be difficult to locate when it is foraging among salt-line plants. Resident from Nov-March, red listed bird, found mainly on the East coast of Kent and East Anglia. Hope we get some for me to be able to look at. Taken in very poor light.
