I'm hanging out with my railfan Uncle John on the Rahway Platform, and decided to walk down steps off the end of the platform onto the ballast to get this shot with my 90mm "tele" of this southbound freight that's holding for a more favorable signal indication from Union Tower. Try doing that today. In the meantime, the Metroliner is moving at a speed that my camera setting did not completely stop. 12-23-1976
