F-18 landing at NAS North Island
We were visiting family in the San Diego area so the wife wanted to go check out air traffic at Naval Air Station North Inland on Coronado Island. We were there once before, in January 2020, and the place was dead. So we went there with low expectations but they were soon shattered. We saw a nice mix of planes, mostly various F-18s. What a blast, sitting on the beach, eating excellent Mexican food, catching some rays, and have the Navy flyboys flying over head. Life is good!
