I Love Canada

I did not write this Poem

I received it in an Email

I thought of my dear husband ( not just because he sent it to me either!) as soon as I read it. On Saturday , the day before the BEAUTIFUL blue sky , the sky was the same colour as the siding on our home and Steve was up on the roofs playing, Throwing Giant Snowballs.

I did offered to help, his reply....

"I will Never get it done then."

"Why? " I asked

"Because I will have to keep going down and picking you up." LOL

Man you would think I was a Klutz or something.

Anyway, Here is to all of us Canadians, I just wish I knew who wrote it.

And oh yeah . . . PS We got another 10 inches since Saturday.

Canadian Poem

It's winter in Canada

And the gentle breezes blow

Seventy miles an hour

At twenty-five below.

Oh, how I love Canada

When the snow's up to your butt

You take a breath of winter

And you nose gets frozen shut.

Yes, the weather here is wonderful

So I guess I'll hang around

I could never leave Canada

'Cause I'm frozen to the ground!!
