Born 2 Be Mild ~
Down This Road
It is not the photographic qualities that this picture contains that gives it the right to be here... it is the journalistic quality.
You see I was driving this day and... well... I went down this road in our 4 Wheel Drive Nissan X-trail and well I got stuck... Yup Me a woman driver got stuck in a snow bank. You know what though,... while Steve was expertly ( by the way, ...gee I wonder how a guy knows just how to get out of a snow bank in the first place anyway, I best get back to the story ...) getting the poor CUV out of the bank, and away from the sheet of ice that i slid on...I stood camera dangling from my neck ... and oh gee... i forgot to take a picture. he he he
Luckily for me, I have a great husband who never once said a discouraging word, he just kicked the snow away from the wheels and got us free.... he did not even say !Q@#$%^&*(*&^%$%^&*()*&^%$%^&*(*^% we just laughed at the fact that I got stuck. He did admit that he was thinking as I headed for the hump of snow, and we started sliding into the bank, ... " this is not a good Idea" LOL
He even offered to let me drive again but I opted out. I figured if anything else went wrong I wanted to be able to blame him LOL . The best part is that I have been driving for 34 years, and that was the first time I have been stuck .
