Mana

Hawaiian for supernatural or divine power, powerful, strong, divinely powerful, spiritual.

 

Sunrise from the summit of Haleakala.

 

This was captured an hour before the sunrise. A small crescent moon, Jupiter and Venus in a triangle rising above the horizon.

 

It was cold and windy but it didn't stop people from venturing out of the comfort of their warm vehicles. Once out, they were in awe of the incredible beauty of the experience.

 

What blew me away was that on this morning, on two separate occasions, individuals came up to me and thanked me for having such a beautiful place!

 

All I could say was "You're welcome! Thank you for visiting!" I knew they had experienced the mana of Haleakala.
