Josefine 100 Strangers 9/100 [Explored 4-2-14]
Meet Josefine After quite a hike to get up to Vernal falls, I stated to snap some picks. When I thought I was done, and ready to leave, I saw these two women sitting on the rock right behind me. Lets just say, they made a nice addition to the beautiful scenery. 100 strangers popped into my head, and I knew I had to get this shot. I started talking with them about the view, the hike and Yosemite. Turns out they are from Denmark and visiting for about a week or two. I ended up asking them if a could take their picture and they said sure. I took about 10 pics. When I was done they wanted to see them. The girl on the right, Josefine, made me promise to send her this one, and two others. Her friend (do not remember her name) said she would get them from Josefine. They both had a big smiles on their faces when I “promised” that I would email them the pics. I had a lot of fun, it was like having a photos shoot at the bottom of Vernal Falls. I used two different lens a 20mm and a 70-200mm.
Josefine works in Denmark at bestseller.com. She, “Loves the outdoors” and was having a great time in Yosemite. For some reason I feel like taking a trip to Denmark. This picture is #9/100 in my 100 strangers project. Find out more about the project and see pictures taken by other photographers at the 100 Strangers Flickr Group page
