frozen treats!

peach vanilla cream + strawberry lime

The strawberry lime popsicles are my own creation. If you would like to make your own here is the recipe:

Strawberry Lime Popsicles

3 cups of sliced strawberries (I used local ever bearing strawberries)

1 tbs fresh lime juice

½ cup of mild honey (I used a local wildflower honey)

1-2 tsp of sugar (to taste)

¼ cup of water

In a food processor or blender puree all ingredients together. Pour into mold. Makes 10 classic style popsicles.
