A sub-adult White-tailed Eagle in the Cairngorm mountains of Scotland. Reintroduced after extermination by the despicable game shooters and collectors of the Victorian and Edwardian eras, White-tailed Eagles now have a substantial population across the North. Unfortunately the mindset of the self-indulgent rich has not changed and persecution is still an existential threat for all British eagles.
