Flat to a fallen branch, clearly trying to be invisible, a Grey Squirrel alert to some nearby danger at Pulborough Brooks RSPB reserve. It took me a few seconds to realise what everybody's favourite invasive alien was about and I couldn't spot what had spooked it (I'm sure it wasn't me or the other people wandering past, none of the squirrels bother about that). After a while it broke for better cover so presumably the danger had gone or lessened.
