Two Royal Netherlands Air Force F-16As in the static at RIAT 2023 held at RAF Fairford, Gloucestershire. Once, within my spotting lifetime, the cutting edge of dogfighters, these are scheduled for replacement in the RNAF by 5th generation stealth in the form of the F35A: it seems likely that the F-16As will be handed on to Ukraine. The world's largest military airshow, with participants from around the globe, RIAT is a must each year for UK aviation enthusiasts at least.
