Ospreys are fairly common across Finland. This one was seen during our trip to try to see Saimaa Seals in the Linnansaari National Park where they are most common. The tourist boat gave us an excellent tour of the area, with an expert naturalist on hand to give us the best chance of seeing our quarry and any other animals in the area, including some of the thirty pairs of Ospreys that breed locally.
