Greyish plumage with a brown cast, especially on the crown, reveals a Siberian Chiffchaff by Quendale Mill, Mainland Shetland. With limited cover in most areas of Shetland, leaf and other warblers can be out of normal habitat and may show better than usual as a result. This makes it a little easier to find distinctive races when they occur, as in this case.
