Land's End area, Cornwall. Thought to be probably a wild bird, seen previously in Poland and Germany (based on broken P4 tip right wing). A spectacular sight! Accepted by BBRC and BOURC as a wild bird and admitted to Category A of the British List - tick, whoopee!
