I'm lucky enough to work in buildings in a parkland setting and we have plenty of wildlife on site. I was driving out this afternoon to go birding and had my camera ready on the passenger seat. This Green Woodpecker feeding on the short turf in sunlight (a scarce commodity so far this year!) was an appreciated gift.
