Otter Tail Power - Colman, SD
On the way to the Flandreau municipal, I glimpsed the remnant of Otter Tail's Colman substation and saw it had received a complete rebuild. The things one has missed due to this ongoing 'human malware' situation...!
I'll have to find and post a pic of the sub as it was. It had a nice 1930s Jeffrey-Dewitt blue porcelain insulator holding one of the incoming 41.6kV leads.
