..... I remember very well the wonderful atmosphere of that sunset ....

There was no one on the beach ..... only that fisherman ......

Looking at the scenery as a whole, I had the clear feeling of infinite smallness of man in front of Universe ..... and for this reason I placed fisherman in the extreme corner of the image, just to underline this feeling of mine.

But at the same time, I also perceived the extreme dignity and pride, of this man, in his standing alone by the side of seashore ...... conquered by its charm, and respectful of its infinite beauty... becoming and feeling himself, an essential part of Nature and Universe......
