Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested Step 3: Prepare your Return Receipt

At the top of your Certified Mail slip, you will see that the numbers at the top are actually printed on a sticker.

 

Peel off the sticker and apply it in the place that says "2. Article Number" on the light green Return Receipt
