Hartwood Exports
The photo I have always thought was Hartwood Diesel Engine Exporters and on the main road. Ex GMT Fleetlines and again Gardner engines. Notice the Central Workshops on the roof, was the full title NCB Central Workshops. A Flickr search shows DNF 708C (on the left) was exported to the USA for open top work, it has since returned to the UK and is now in the care of the SELNEC Society. Looking at the wheels on the vehicle in the foreground suggest that to could also be ready for re-sale.
