I do not have the details to hand but was 641 the first of the new one man single deck trams from as it says on the advert 1985. It certainly looks much better than they did after the modifications. English Electric double deck 723 is in the background. The slide has a 1986 date so this is either 1985 as the tram states or 1986 when the slide was processed. Somehow I feel Blackpool has lost its way over the years and has never recovered from the stag night image it pursued many years ago.
