Coyote Hunting in Yosemite Valley
The morning of Christmas eve brought a vigorous snowfall to Yosemite Valley. It was wonderful to watch this one exhibiting natural behavior, listening for movement under the snow and pouncing on unfortunate rodents.
I rented the new Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR Lens and was pleased with some of my early shots under difficult conditions.
