Built in 1969 by Nieuwe Noord Nederlandse Schps. NV, Groningen (yard no. 363) as GEM for Wm. Robertson's Gem Line of Glasgow. Sold in 1990 to Mediterranean Express Forwarding Ltd. of Lattakia, Syria and renamed DAMASK ROSE. Sold in 1995 to Mohamed Anis Dahha and renamed ANIS ROSE. Sank 30 January 1996 after cargo shifted when 40 miles ESE of Olbia.
