Things like this, and more were done daily in the Broome County Library, along with other things aside from sexual humiliation, 2007 to 2011.
Friday, June 10th, Avenue J. I am upstairs were the children's computers are. I have been at the adult computers for at least 2 hours. New guests means the children''s computers will be used for new sign ups for adults.
The set up must have taken place as I awaited a computer. The staff at the desk near the children's computers, a woman, must have been contacted by phone. She was given instructions.
(other staff at this library have never been involved in anything. Some guests in 2014 were used in isolated noise annoyances)
A child, a girl of about 12 or 14, is found. She is instructed to wear shoes that sound like high heel shoes, when walking. I am sitting at the computer. There is an young adult male at the middle of the three computers. The end is empty. The girl walks in. I here her shoes, and as she has just past me, I turn my head to look. I see that it is just a kid. I return to my computer.
The staff woman, makes a throat noise, just after I had looked at the girl. Then proceeds to repeat the sound, every 1 to 2 minutes, for the rest of my time at the computer, until I leave.
Does this make sense?
It is to sexual humiliate. "you looked at a young teen girl...."
