Mercedes-Benz 560 SL

You already know about what an icon car the SL Class of the 1970s and 1980s was, I won't repeat it. This is a late-eighties U.S. model, as evidenced by the high-mounted brake light on the trunk lid.

 

The color appears to be cerise, an obscure mix of red and maroon.
