Durable EVL

The EVL class had a short life in London, only lasting one contract at Sutton before being replaced by DOEs.

Many were redeployed to Plymouth, as were PVLs, but these East Lancs buses seem to be out of favour here with only a couple still in passenger service, though some others remain as trainers. Therefore I considered '405' well worth a ride, this one having been EVL24 in its first life. 16.4.18.

Done
