Rarity on the 51

These Volvo B5LHs are being made redundant on the 53 by new MMC E400s. It had been thought that they would be redeployed to the 51 however concerns were raised with their suitability over the tighter section between Plumstead Common and Welling taking into account their rear overhang.

This week though a few have crept out, 13011 today is one such, and has been on the route all day so there's obviously no great urgency to sub it.

For the time being though I'm claiming it as a rarity!

The 51 today featured Scanias, TAs and E400H of both 'classic' and MMC variety, indeed we took 12379 over to Sidcup. All that was missing was a diesel E400, though these are steadily leaving PD for pastures new in Romford.
