Beech Mountain Sucess
A bucket list operation for sure was the Beech Mountain Railroad which interchanges with the A&O Railroad in Alexander,WV. Getting a heads up the day before that the A&O would be taking empties down we left Clearfield,PA at 0200 to be in Buckhannon,WV by 0600. The train was already heading south on the A&O to Alexander, a few quick shots of the A&O and then the BEECH took over from there. All day we got some very nice sunny action in Pallace Valley and at the Engine House. It was nice meeting some new people and making new memories with good friends! Can't wait for the next spontaneous trip!
