Community spirit

Going fishing by a coracle (round-boat) is a popular job in Phu Hai fishing village. A fishing trip often starts at midnight and returns in early morning. Sure, this is a job for man only!

Uncle Chin (man wears a hat in first line) returned with a haul of crabs. Friends help to bring his coracle to ashore. Fishermen’s lives entertain an attachment to the sea. They live communally and work with the sense of community.
