apparently this make up was a bitch to take off as you had to rub oil all over your face, which afterwards left your skin feeling pretty poorly. though i doubt not as poorly as the black women who my guide tells me was quite a challenge for them to make up.
as a samurai (at least that's what i assume my outfit was meant to be) i was ready in about 10 minutes. there are only about 3 sizes for the guys, of which the most impressive aspect was the split toe socks.
when it came to picking props, the women had a choice. i had a sword and a parasol (yes weird i know, but it strangely works). admittedly though, one of the choices for women was something that looked like a beach ball a seal at sea world would play with.
