Suzanne on the ramparts [4020]

Suzanne takes a break during her walk of the ramparts on the south side of the old city of Jerusalem. The ramparts provide a good view of the area around the city, as well as a break from the narrow streets and alleyways of the old city's interior.

 

There are two paths to follow, beginning at each side of the Jaffa Gate, and running around the city to either the north or south, each exiting before the Temple Mount. We took the southern path, exiting by the Dung Gate.
