PSE&G

I was just going around, doing my daily walk, and I noticed they installed new crossarms on the new poles. They only put them on two poles, but you can already tell a lot from them. First thing I noticed is that the top crossarm isn't doubled up and doesn't have a dead end, which means they are probably dropping the spacer network.
