Grilled beef ribs - Galbi (소갈비)

L.A.Galbi style cuts - that permits the marinade to penetrate the meat faster. LA galbi (LA갈비) is made with beef ribs thinly cut across the bone. As the name suggests, this is an American variation that originates from immigrant Korean communities in Los Angeles. Galbi is one of the most popular Korean barbeque dishes. Here you can see it served with steamed rice and and variety of banchan. The meat was well marinated/seasoned and extremely tender. Simply delicious!
