Entry #085 - Katniss' Interview Dress

I covered a dress in sparkles in the pattern of flames(taking me a month and a half), braided my hair with red ribbon, and painted flames on my nails. I wanted to make this dress because it isn't as common and I wanted to make my own interpretation of it before the movie came out. --by Delaney
