Britten-Norman BN-2A-26 Islander EI-BCE

Britten-Norman BN-2A-26 Islander EI-BCE C/n 519 was built in 1976 by Fairey Britten-Norman at the Avions Fairey factory at Gosselies, Belgium. The aircraft was then delivered to the Britten-Norman factory at Bembridge, Isle of Wight, UK, for finishing.

 

The aircraft is powered by a pair of Lycoming O-540-E4C5 piston engines, being delivered to Aer Arann in September 1976.

 

Britten-Norman BN-2A-26 Islander EI-BCE is seen about to land on the new runway during the Air Show.
