Primitive technology - tiled roof hut
Primitive technology is by far my favorite channel on youtube, so it seemed appropriate to build a little tribute for the man.
This creation represents the tiled roof hut, his most popular video. It's also my favorite one and the most fitting one to make out of LEGO.
The build was quite challenging, because of it's small size. According to the video's description, the hut is 2x2 metres big. But in order to make the hut appropriately sized for a minifig, it would have to be a mere 6x6 studs MOC and that's way too small. So I increased the size to 8x8 and made a generously overhanging roof, which was a fun part to figure out.
